We are required by the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act to verify customer age. All customers must provide valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse delivery if age cannot be verified. No refund will be provided where delivery is refused due to failure to present valid ID.
3. Responsible Service
We are committed to responsible service of alcohol. We will refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated. We will not deliver to anyone we suspect is purchasing on behalf of a minor. All delivery drivers are trained in responsible alcohol service per BC regulations.
4. Ordering & Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, delivery zone limitations, or legal compliance concerns.
5. Website Use
This website is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or engage in fraudulent activity. We are not responsible for content on embedded third-party websites including shop.twistedliquor.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisted Spirits Liquor Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kamloops, BC.
