Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Free Delivery Eligibility
Free delivery is offered on all orders delivered to addresses within our Kamloops delivery zone. Delivery outside our zone may be subject to a fee or may not be available. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free delivery at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Delivery Hours
Delivery is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Orders placed after the daily 8:00 PM same-day cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery window. Hours may vary on BC statutory holidays.
3. Age Verification at Delivery
Valid government-issued photo ID confirming 19 years of age or older is required at the time of delivery. Accepted forms of ID include: BC Driver's Licence, Canadian Passport, BC Services Card, or BCID. If valid ID is not presented, delivery will be refused and no refund will be issued. A restocking fee may apply.
4. Intoxication Policy
Our delivery drivers are trained in responsible alcohol service. Delivery will be refused if the recipient appears to be intoxicated. Delivery will also be refused if there is reasonable suspicion the alcohol is intended for a minor. No refund is provided in such cases.
5. Recipient Requirements
The person receiving the delivery must be the person who placed the order or an authorized adult at the delivery address. The recipient must be present at the time of delivery. We cannot leave orders unattended under any circumstances.
6. Failed Delivery
If we are unable to complete delivery (no one home, wrong address, ID refusal, or intoxication refusal), the order will be returned to our store. Customers may arrange re-delivery by calling (778) 471-6455. A re-delivery fee may apply.
7. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified by calling (778) 471-6455 before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed. Refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be processed within 3โ5 business days.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at (778) 471-6455 or twistedliquorbc@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Twisted Spirits Liquor Store is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any harm, damage, or loss arising from the consumption of delivered products.
10. BC Regulatory Compliance
All deliveries are made in compliance with the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act. We reserve the right to refuse any delivery at our absolute discretion in order to comply with the law.
